Responsibilities



  • Analyze, evaluate and implement every training need(s) of all the staff.

  • Super head the appraisal of staff and advise the management on the promotion of all staff.

  • Have a clear understanding of your employer's business objectives and be able to assist in devising and implementing policies that support them.

  • Assist in writing and developing job descriptions, person specifications and job adverts

  • Assist in manage the application process - check application forms, shortlist, interview, select successful candidate/s and inform unsuccessful ones.

  • Work with your line manager in appointing, developing and retaining the right staff.

  • Spearhead Performance Metrics Implementation by developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for work planning processes.

  • Development programs that enhance employee relations.

  • Carry out strategy and planning activities and develop strategies to meet immediate and long-term staff requirements.

  • Assist in implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.

  • Interpret and advise on Nigerian Labour law.

  • Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and super head the training and development program.
