Job Description



Objective



  • A Personal / Executive Assistant to support the personal and professional needs of the CEO providing flexible assistance to ensure efficient operation in the discharge of all functional roles.

  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong IT and digital skills communication abilities, and a proactive approach.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:



  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, training programs, speaking engagements and ensure that all appointments and meetings are well-coordinated and communicated.

  • Handle email and social media content and management and ensuring that communications are responded to in timely manner

  • Research for resources as needed, coordinate all programs and manage stakeholders.


Personal Task:



  • Assist with personal tasks such as travel arrangements and bookings, researching products and making purchases, as need arises.


Communication Management:



  • Serve as the point of contact for both internal and external communications.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, training reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling personal contacts and business networks.


Financial Management:



  • Assist with personal and business expense tracking and report preparation.

  • Help with budgeting and billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.


Project Coordination:



  • Support projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones.

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person events, including logistics, guest lists, and venue arrangements.


Skills and Qualifications



  • Education: BSc in relevant field required; further education or certification in administrative duties is a plus.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a personal / executive assistant / virtual assistant, or similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office AI tools, social media management, and Google Suite.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and prioritization abilities.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable handling a wide range of tasks in both personal and professional spheres.
