Reconciliation of all company’s account to assert accuracy of transactions
Monitor incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
Create and maintain company’s financial reports
Liaise with the warehouse and operation’s team to ensure accurate and timely accounting of stocks.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and retailers.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels and transport costs of goods
Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
Examining the proficiency of the software programs or methods used in organizing data
Manage freights and reviews exchange rates according to the country’s law or company’s rules
Preparing and submitting financial reports including weekly, monthly operating reports, financial statements, audit reports, inventory, and capital purchases.
Process invoices, record payments, and expenses of the organization
Management of Company taxes
Preparation of monthly payroll and monthly issuance of pay slip to employees
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
Maintain and record all financial transactions
Developing & maintaining relationships with the Company’s bankers for transfers, withdrawals, and all other bank transactions
