Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Childhood Education.


• We also consider candidates with a B.Ed in other education courses or a BSc/HND in other disciplines, provided they have relevant certifications and proven experience in Early Childhood Education.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a formal school setting for candidates with a B.Ed in Early Childhood Education.


• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a formal school setting for candidates from other disciplines.

Skills Required:

• Strong classroom management skills.


• Patience and empathy in dealing with young children.


• Keen observation skills.


• Excellent communication abilities.


• Creativity in lesson planning and delivery.


• Adaptability to various teaching situations.
