  • We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Relationship Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our clients.

  • As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

Requirements



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose solutions.
