PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

Responsible for overseeing the administrative management of warehouse aggregation activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of commodities, ensuring daily control systems are implemented to manage inventory efficiently.   

THE JOB 

• Monitor stock movement and track the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.  


• Receive, inspect, and store incoming aggregated commodities according to the company’s standard operating procedures.  


• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records to prevent discrepancies.  


• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all soybean seeds meet company quality standards during storage and handling.  


• Oversee storage conditions and ensure proper environmental controls to prevent damage, spoilage, or contamination of seeds and other commodities.  


• Maintain accurate labelling and identification of all inventory items for timely and precise dispatch.  


• Support the quality control team by providing timely updates on stock levels and any quality concerns.  


• Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities  on mental regulations in all warehouse activities 

THE PERSON MUST 

• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills  


• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and honesty in all tasks.  


• Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills.  


• Have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and activities.  


• Demonstrate proficiency in numeric and computer skills. 

QUALIFICATION

  5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/ Trade test. 

  
  

EXPERIENCE 

• 
  

  Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Warehouse operations.
