Job Duties:

• Keep tracking outstanding debts


• Plan course of action to recover owed money


• Locate and contact debtors 


• Update account status and database regularly


• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable


• Handle customers' questions or complaints


• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans


• Build trust with debtors 


• Identify gaps in the system and recommend solution

Qualification, Requirements& Skills:

• Minimum of OND in Accounting or any related discipline. 


• Minimum of 1 year experience.


• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements


• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases


• Good negotiation and persuasion skills


• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines


• Team player


• Good time-management skills


• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary

• Monthly Take Home– N70,000
