Job Summary
- We are seeking a recruitment Officer to join our Lagos team.
- The purpose of the job includes Identifying, engaging and hiring high potential candidates towards the fulfilment of the human resource needs of the organization.
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills
- B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Social Science, Arts & Humanities and other related field. (2.1/Upper Credit)
- 4-6 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools/ Social Media Recruitment
- Demonstrable experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
- Sound Experience in hosting and participating in job fairs
- A thorough understanding of Nigerian Labour Law
- Data Analytics Skills
- Excellent Team Management Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to foster long-tern relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- Meticulous, hardworking and goal-driven.
- Analytical Mindset and critical thinking abilities.
