We are looking to hire a Senior Human Resources Manager in the Agro Allied sector , with 7-8 years experience in Human resources and man power planning . 

Job Description : 

• Leading HR initiatives and aligning them with business goals.


• Managing teams of HR professionals and overseeing major HR functions(recruitment, performance management, employee relations.)


• Creating and implementing HR strategies and policies 


• Managing organizational change and employee engagement program


• Handling complex employee relations issues and disputes 


• Recruitment and Selection


• Human Resources Administration


• Training and Development 

Qualification Required:

• Experience Level : Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resources Management


• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree required: Masters in HR, or MBA highly preferred.


• Certification : Senior-mid level certifications such as SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) ,SPHR, CIPM


• Skills : Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, deep understanding of labour laws and compliance ,talent management , and work force planning .
