Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

  • Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.

  • Developing training and development programs.

  • Assisting the performance management processes.

  • Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.


Requirement



  • B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong people management skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Professional certification is an added advantage.

  • The Candidate should be organized, with 2-3 years of proven experience in human resources management with a focus on client satisfaction.

  • Experience in the construction industry is highly encouraged to apply.
