Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to set sales goals and objectives.
Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to promote products and services.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progression toward sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
Manage the sales budget for the assigned area, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Track and control expenses to stay within budgetary limits.
Propose and implement cost-effective sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the lubricant industry or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
