Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our residential maintenance team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential properties, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, water heaters, and fixtures in residential properties.


• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring all systems operate efficiently in homes.


• Inspect plumbing systems to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.


• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency plumbing issues promptly in residential buildings.


• Ensure proper sewage management and water treatment processes are in place.


• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient service delivery.


• Maintain accurate records of all plumbing maintenance activities.


• Recommend and implement water efficiency measures where applicable in homes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3years of experience as a plumber, preferably in residential maintenance.


• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, and drainage systems for homes.


• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for plumbing issues in residential properties.


• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.


• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
