Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Monitor site safety, quality control, and compliance with building standards.


• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and project managers for seamless project execution.


• Provide technical guidance to construction teams and resolve onsite issues swiftly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in site engineering within the construction industry.


• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
