Job Summary:
The General Manager (GM) oversees the daily operations and strategic development of our Healthcare Facility, ensuring high-quality healthcare services, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and develop a skilled healthcare team.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans.
- Operations: Ensure efficient daily operations and patient satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Compliance: Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
- Quality Improvement: Promote patient safety and quality initiatives.
- Community Relations: Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 Years experience in healthcare management, with 5 years in leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
