Job Summary:


The General Manager (GM) oversees the daily operations and strategic development of our Healthcare Facility, ensuring high-quality healthcare services, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership: Lead and develop a skilled healthcare team.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans.

  • Operations: Ensure efficient daily operations and patient satisfaction.

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

  • Compliance: Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.

  • Quality Improvement: Promote patient safety and quality initiatives.

  • Community Relations: Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the organization.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required; Master’s preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 8 Years experience  in healthcare management, with 5 years in leadership.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.

  • High ethical standards

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
