We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facilities, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment, and adhering to safety and maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance.
Oversee all equipment and machinery maintenance, ensuring proper operation and timely repairs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
Monitor and manage power supply systems, water treatment plants, sewage management, and other utilities.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
Maintain records of all facility-related activities, costs, and maintenance schedules.
Provide regular reports to management on the status of facilities and equipment.
Supervise the maintenance team and ensure high standards of service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in facility management, preferably in construction or real estate.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes, power supply management, and sewage systems.
Excellent knowledge of equipment and machinery maintenance.
Ability to coordinate with contractors and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
