  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our properties.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facilities, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment, and adhering to safety and maintenance standards.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance.

  • Oversee all equipment and machinery maintenance, ensuring proper operation and timely repairs.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.

  • Monitor and manage power supply systems, water treatment plants, sewage management, and other utilities.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.

  • Maintain records of all facility-related activities, costs, and maintenance schedules.

  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of facilities and equipment.

  • Supervise the maintenance team and ensure high standards of service delivery.


Requirements



  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in facility management, preferably in construction or real estate.

  • Strong understanding of water treatment processes, power supply management, and sewage systems.

  • Excellent knowledge of equipment and machinery maintenance.

  • Ability to coordinate with contractors and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
