Job Summary

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.


• Lead the company's digital transformation initiatives and roadmap.


• Review and improve internal business processes.


• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.


• Establish and maintain IT policies for data security and system integrity.


• Supervise the IT team and ensure efficient performance.


• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for continuous improvement.


• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.


• Manage IT projects, including timelines, budgets, and plans.


• Implement and enforce IT security policies and conduct regular audits.


• Manage relationships and contracts with IT vendors.


• Foster innovation and lead the transition to digital processes across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.


• 10+ years of experience in IT management and digital transformation.


• Proficiency in modern digital technologies (JavaScript, Python, etc.).


• Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics.


• Strong understanding of industry-specific compliance and security.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with change management experience.


• Experience managing IT in multi-location environments.


• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
