Key Responsibilities:


Training Program Delivery:



  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.

  • Ensure the training materials are delivered in a clear and effective manner, tailored to the needs of the audience.

  • Use a variety of training techniques (lectures, group discussions, role-playing, simulations, etc.) to maximize learning outcomes.


Content Development:



  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and refine training materials, modules, and resources.

  • Update training content as necessary to reflect new processes, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and feedback forms to evaluate the participants’ understanding and knowledge retention.


Participant Engagement:



  • Encourage active participation and maintain an inclusive learning environment.

  • Provide constructive feedback to learners during and after training sessions.

  • Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the training and offer solutions to support learners.


Evaluation & Improvement:



  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance analysis.

  • Provide reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

  • Make recommendations for program adjustments or additional training based on participant needs and feedback.


Administration & Coordination:



  • Coordinate scheduling of training sessions, booking venues, and managing technical requirements for virtual sessions.

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.

  • Support other training facilitators or cross-functional teams as needed.
