Petcare Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated and friendly Client Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and assist with inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email


• Schedule appointments and manage client records


• Provide information on hospital services and policies


• Ensure a welcoming and clean reception area

Qualifications:

• BSc in any relevant field


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or veterinary setting


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure


• Proficiency in basic computer applications


• A love for animals and a friendly demeanor
