Job Description

• We are looking for a senior capable Node.js developer to optimize our web-based application performance.


• The candidate will collaborate with other developers, design back-end components, and integrate data storage and protection solutions.


• This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.


• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.


• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.


• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.


• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.


• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.


• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.


• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.


• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.


• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Requirements

• Good work experience as a Fullstack Engineer/Developer


• In-depth experience with React.js, Node.js, possessing broad knowledge of JavaScript in general and Node.js internals.


• In-depth experience and understanding of NoSQL DB/MongoDB query optimization, query profiling, alert resolution, and ability to read and understand performance details of queries before application.


• In-depth experience working with Redis DB, and its various commands.


• Previous participation in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.


• Write clean code to develop functional applications.


• Must be a great collaborator and understand that startups are a team sport.


• Ability to take care of monitoring, alerting, and logs.


• At least three years of experience as a Node.js developer.


• Great organizational and time management skills.


• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
