  • As the E-commerce Manager, you play a pivotal role in steering the success of our online retail operation.

  • Your tech-savvy mindset and robust IT skills will be the driving force behind implementing a seamless e-commerce strategy, ensuring optimal customer engagement, and propelling sales growth.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to boost sales, elevate conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online retail store, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences, shaping strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and IT) to ensure alignment and successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.

  • Implement best practices for website design, user experience, and SEO optimization to drive traffic and improve online store visibility.

  • Managing digital advertising including Google Analytics, adwords, retargeting, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other media partners.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, technology advancements, and regulatory changes affecting e-commerce, proposing innovative solutions to stay ahead.

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and e-commerce platforms, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless integration.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 6 years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in an online retail environment.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices, including website management, digital marketing, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends and developments


Academic Qualification(s):



  • First Degree from a reputable higher institution

  • Experience (Number of Relevant Years)

  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing B2BeCommerce merchant websites.

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience implementing Google Analytics, SEO and SEM/Marketing
