• The Innovation Venture Success Manager (IVSM) is obsessed with adding value to ventures and supporting them to achieve Product Market Fit (PMF) faster.


• As the day-to-day liaison for founders, the Venture Success Manager build strong relationships with them, facilitating a positive founder experience and ensuring they get the most value out of the Partnership. 


• Together with the Venture Partner [Head, Innovation], the Venture Success Manager is assigned to StartUps who have gone through the investment process. The Innovation Success Manager will work closely with the Venture Partner to set goals with founders, and analyse risks across all businesses to prioritize interventions.


• There's a culture of experimentation, and we are always seeking to improve our model and operations. The Innovation Venture Success Manager plays a key role in experimenting around ways to improve our support of founders, as well as embedding best practice behaviors to facilitate collaboration, effective tracking and feedback loops.


• The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation across the organization.
