Responsibilities

• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision.


• Organize workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties or delegated tasks


• Keep a record of the team member's productivity and provide constructive feed back where necessary


• Receive customer complaints and resolve problems.


• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.


• Prepare and submit performance reports and advise on employee rewards based on performance;


• Onboard new team members;

Requirements

• A minimum of an OND from any reputable institution.


• Must know how to use Microsoft office.


• Proximity to Ikeja.
