Responsibilities



  • Daily enter and maintain key data of financial transactions in database ensuring that records are complete and current.

  • Registration of New business.

  • Land Banking Investment management- registration and reconciliation.

  • Assist with the preparation of client’s receipts.

  • Assist in collecting payments from the MD.

  • Filling of receipt in clients file with the Admin.

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.

  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.

  • Provide assistance and support to the account department.

  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity arears.

  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.

  • Invoicing and reconciliation for various departments.

  • Verify claims and processing orders and deposit slips.

  • Perform office task including answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, etc.
