We are looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships within the assigned territory.
In addition, your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.
Responsibilities
Implement promotional and marketing activities to boost partner sales
Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products
Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations
Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners
Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts
Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales
Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities
Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with partner agreements and contracts
Provide training, support, and resources to enable partner success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner efforts with company goals
Set and monitor sales targets and performance metrics for partners
Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint potential opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of work experience with more than 5years in power back-up industry
Extensive experience in Channel Building
Skilled in sustaining channelsDemonstrate a track record in channel sales or partner management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop sales strategies
Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Leadership and team management skills
Exhibit industry awareness, and understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Commercially and financially aware with experience of managing budgets
