Training Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions, including booking venues, organizing equipment, and preparing training materials.
Administrative Support: Maintain records of training activities, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
Facilitation Assistance: Support trainers in delivering presentations, workshops, and seminars by managing logistics, such as setting up presentation equipment, distributing handouts, and preparing refreshments.
Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement and ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of employee training, certifications, and development activities. Prepare reports on training metrics and outcomes.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries, providing relevant information and resolving issues as necessary.
Continuous Improvement: Assist in the development and update of training manuals, e-learning modules, and other educational materials. Collaborate with the HR and Training teams to refine and improve training processes.
