Summary: 


Monitoring of all facility staff (security, cleaners, technicians and casual staff) for punctuality, appearance and ensuring they work efficiently.


Primary Roles:



  • Manage processes and services that support the core business of the company.

  • Manage day to day operations.

  • Entrench a most suitable and conducive working environment for all employees to deliver agreed high quality service standards.


General responsibilities



  • Maintains strong lines of communication between the company and client.

  • Develop the capability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Deliver competent decision making standards.

  • Resolve all issues and ensure the facility is run efficiently and effectively, especially with supervising multi-disciplinary staff.

  • Utilize acquired in-depth knowledge and expertise to proactively evolve strategies to champion world class service delivery.

  • Carry out regular inspections and managing of third party contractor/ service providers as well as own staff working at the assigned facility to meet agreed regulations, environmental, health and security standards.

  • Identify, document and maintain effective operational procedures. 

  • Maintain all equipment to ensure they are in sterling condition at all times.
