Job Description
Summary:
Monitoring of all facility staff (security, cleaners, technicians and casual staff) for punctuality, appearance and ensuring they work efficiently.
Primary Roles:
- Manage processes and services that support the core business of the company.
- Manage day to day operations.
- Entrench a most suitable and conducive working environment for all employees to deliver agreed high quality service standards.
General responsibilities
- Maintains strong lines of communication between the company and client.
- Develop the capability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Deliver competent decision making standards.
- Resolve all issues and ensure the facility is run efficiently and effectively, especially with supervising multi-disciplinary staff.
- Utilize acquired in-depth knowledge and expertise to proactively evolve strategies to champion world class service delivery.
- Carry out regular inspections and managing of third party contractor/ service providers as well as own staff working at the assigned facility to meet agreed regulations, environmental, health and security standards.
- Identify, document and maintain effective operational procedures.
- Maintain all equipment to ensure they are in sterling condition at all times.
