Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the organization’s security strategy, planning, and operations while ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations.
The CSO will manage security personnel, develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to safety and security, and liaise with law enforcement and government agencies.

Job Requirement
- BSc/HND in Security Management, or a related field.
- Additional training and certifications in Occupational Safety will be an added advantage.
- Min. 10 years of experience in the private security and guarding services industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, safety regulations, and procedures.
- Proven experience in training and managing security personnel.
