We are a new betting / gaming company in Lagos Nigeria. We are hiring for the head of operations and business development.

• Analysis of different sports book / virtual gaming providers … product offerings , functionalities , package , costing etc . Selection of the best .


• Setting up of the Sportsbook as a fully operational centre for the Business fully equipped with all set up .


• setting up of Virtual gaming/betting / casino platform on a 100% secure server.


• Setting up the operations / customer services / marketing strategy and go to market approach.


• Design and implement the third-party retail integration system for Sports via direct POS or API to 3rd-party front-end systems


• Conduct periodic market intelligence, SWOT and competitive analysis research to identify areas of change, improvement, and opportunity.


• Monitor and evaluate KPI of every department.


• Setting and ensuring targets are met across every department.


• Vetting and auditing of budget of every department.


• Engaged in periodic analysis to identify trends and brainstorm on solutions to reoccurring issues.


• Designed and manage reporting template for each department


• Work on weekly and monthly report to further increase revenue    


• Responsible for customer acquisition, grew the online base from 10,000 to 30,000 registered user


• Formulation and execution of the product vision in line with the business strategy


• Increase GGR


• Communicate the product vision to all stakeholders – internal and external (where applicable)


• Responsible for the overall marketing plan and strategy of the business
