Job Description



We are seeking a Business Development Executive with experience leading offline sales teams and networks. If you have a passion for driving sales through on-the-ground efforts and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals, this is the perfect role for you.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Offline Strategy: Develop and implement offline strategies focused on driving product adoption.

  • Set Sales Targets & Achieve Results: Set and monitor performance metrics and ensuring consistent delivery of sales goals and targets.

  • Sales Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, motivation, and support to sales agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with organizations and groups that can enhance and expand Earna’s distribution channels.


Reporting & Analytics: Track and report sales performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and recommending strategies to improve results.



Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or agent network management, with a proven record of leading successful offline sales efforts.

  • Experience managing a team of sales agents or representatives, with a focus on delivering and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance in a sales team.

  • Knowledge of agent-based sales models and experience with recruitment, onboarding, and management of sales agents.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.

  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Previous experience working with insurance sales or pension fund administrator is valuable.
