Responsibilities



  • Guide management regarding recruitment, employee development, performance management, policy interpretation/enforcement, and disciplinary/corrective action.

  • Provide guidance and input on departmental restructures, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

  • Participate in the development and delivery of the annual performance management process.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of management and employee training.

  • Drive the development and implementation of solutions to employee relations issues.

  • Promote and establish positive employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale.

  • Be a trusted partner and initiate and maintain effective communications with management and employees.


Requirements



  • The ideal HRBP Manager candidate will have at least 5 years HR experience, experience in FMCG and retail is highly preferred.

  • Unquestionable ethics, personal integrity and leader capable of being a team player in every respect.

  • Management coaching skills, solid interpersonal skills, ability to problem-solve independently, and apply analytical skills.

  • 3+ years of strong HR generalist or HR business partner experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment or Operations (preferred).

  • Proven track record in managing HR projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, HR management, or related field.
