Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in all three areas.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales support and delivery.

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals and strategic partnerships.

  • Activate and manage the RLG Training Institute, including sales of training programs


Requirements:



  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in the Consumer Electronics, Telecoms and Meters industries.

  • A hands on resource with management experience and own network for sales conversion.

  • Proven track record of sales conversions and revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related).

  • Must be based in Lagos


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G sales.

  • Knowledge of the Discos and meter sales landscape in Nigeria.

  • Familiarity with training program sales and activation.

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
