Report To: Head of Marketing/ Managing Director


Location: Jahi, Abuja


Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):



  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written content) across all social media platforms. Track social media trends and insights to optimize engagement and brand loyalty.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

  • Create and curate high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, articles, infographics) to attract and engage our target audience.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to reach target audiences and drive conversions.

  • Measure and report on the performance of the digital marketing campaigns, and access against goal (ROI and KPIs)

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Provide actionable insights and create detailed reports on campaign metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

  • Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all digital platforms and campaigns.


Requirement



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or tech environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing tools.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.


Required Competencies:



  • Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO techniques, and content marketing.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Role models integrity, transparency, and honesty and must be able to maintain confidentiality.
