REQUIREMENTS



  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of OND,HND,B.Sc ; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.

  • Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.

  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.

  • Support other departments as needed.
