As the General Manager of operations, you will consecutively oversee and manage all operational aspects of WDCL within PH and Warri. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects, optimize operational processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.


• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.


• Manage and optimize operational processes, including procurement, engineering, construction, and maintenance.


• Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.


• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Nigerian energy sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.


• Proven track record in managing complex operations and driving business growth.


• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in relevant industry software and systems.
