Job Summary

• Floor agents work in fast-paced environments where they have to multitask constantly.


• They will be expected to help customers find items, assemble items, restock the floor.

Job Description

• Providing customer service by answering questions about products and services


• Help customers find the right items for their needs, and suggesting additional purchases or services


• Stocking the floor with new merchandise and removing old products that are no longer being sold or have been discontinued


• Processing orders by processing customer orders and payments and updating inventory records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc


• 2 - 3 years work experience.


• Ability to speak English.
