Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans that foster learning and development in young children.


• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for preschool-aged children.


• Use play-based learning techniques to teach basic skills such as numbers, letters, and social skills.


• Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child.


• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.


• Collaborate with other preschool staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Qualifications

• B.Ed/NCE in Early Childhood Education or a related field.


• 3 years Experience Childhood Education.


• Experience working with preschool-aged children.


• Patience, creativity, and a love for teaching young children.
