Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Branch manager for PET branch, overseeing our PET recycling company.


• The successful candidate will drive business growth, ensure operational efficiency, and champion sustainability initiatives within the PET branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement group-wide strategies, aligning with industry trends and market opportunities.


• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across facilities.


• Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure profitability across the group.


• Sustainability and Compliance: Champion environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and regulatory compliance.


• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.


• Innovation and Technology: Foster innovation, adopt new technologies, and enhance processes.


• Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, investors, regulators, and partners.


• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators, driving data-driven decision-making.


• Representation: Serve as the group’s public face, representing the organization in industry forums and media.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field


• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the recycling industry - Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and promoting sustainability


• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills


• Ability to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in metal, ingots, and plastics recycling industries


• Knowledge and Skilled of industry operations, regulations and standards.
