  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence in the engineering and procurement industry.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the engineering and procurement sector, along with a proven track record in business development and sales.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the engineering and procurement industry.

  • Analyze competitors and industry standards to develop strategic plans.

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and other lead-generation activities.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring that all client needs and company objectives are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies to enhance the company’s competitive edge.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role within the engineering and procurement industry.

  • Candidates must reside within Ikeja axis

  • Strong understanding of the engineering and procurement industry, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
