Job Brief



  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, proficient in software applications such as Corel Draw and MS Suite, and experienced in email marketing and social media management.

  • This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support while also engaging with our audience through various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Utilize Corel Draw for graphic design tasks as needed, including creating marketing materials and social media graphics.

  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.

  • Engage with customers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments.

  • Help create and schedule social media content, and assist in executing social media strategies.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.


Requirements



  • A Degree in any related field.

  • 2 - 3 years work experience.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

  • Proximity to Ikeja is preferred

  • Proficient in Corel Draw, and MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiar with email marketing tools.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
