Job Description

• Application is open for suitably qualified foremen with good knowledge and experience in building construction.


• Candidates will be required to coordinate and engage skilled artisans at all stages of building construction under the close supervision of a Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out all building construction works to ensure works are carried out in accordance with design specifications.


• Seek approval for all stage progress from the supervising engineer.


• Prepare labour schedules at all construction stages.


• Organize all skilled artisans for good quality and time management.


• Prepare weekly report activities.

Technical Requirements

• B.Eng in Civil Engineering or Building Technology.


• At least 6 years in the built industry serving under the same role.


• Proven experience in the interpretation of building designs (Architectural, Structural & Services).


• Good knowledge of construction materials.


• Good site organization skills.


• Good personnel management skills.
