Job Description



  • The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office environment.

  • This includes handling administrative tasks, assisting with office organization, and providing support to staff members.

  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities



  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation.

  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and other office events.

  • Provide support to other staff members as needed.

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.


Requirements



  • Minimum of an SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related role is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, email).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.

  • Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
