Our client, a media company is looking to hire a Project Manager who will responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.

Responsibilities
- .Develop, coordinate and monitor scheduling, and performance of marketing and communications.
- Create and ensure adherence to plans and schedules, develops solutions to problems, and helps direct work of stakeholders assigned to a conference and event from various departments
- Collaborate with the Project team to improve department- wide project management including leading event kick-off meetings and planning meetings, ensuring adequate coverage on all events, internal resource alignment, schedules and event metrics.
- Act as an advisor to the Project team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
- Partner with Marketing Strategy and other Marketing and
Communications teams to ensure there is a cohesive pre- event, on-site, and post-event strategy to increase engagement.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess conference and events strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and map out event processes related to documentation, knowledge capture and process improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in media project management
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven Experience managing projects from inception to completion including project scoping, planning and managing timelines and within budget and project oversight.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management and program management experience
