Responsibilities

• Prepare and update training materials.


• Responsible for new employee introduction training, in-service employee performance improvement and collection skills training.


• Follow up with employees whose performance is lagging behind, and provide support work, including post follow up and guidance.


• Continue to learn and accumulate collection and training skills.


• Finish other work assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.


• Have experience in training onboarding staff preferably in a loan collection company.


• Have good speech, be able to impact knowledge and make training exciting.


• Be computer literate and must be able to prepare slide and deliver the content of the slides perfectly, of course using PowerPoint.


• Have collection experience.


• Be willing to train every week when the need arises.


• Be tech-savvy.
