• Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
  

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tpromote tissue products.


• Conduct market research tidentify customer needs, market trends competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.


• Identify target markets and customer segments, and tailor the marketing activities to  reach the markets and audiences effectively.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (distributors, and retailers) tmaximize repeat business and upselling opportunities.


• Carry-out day tday field marketing of the company products, actively pursue new sales opportunities.


• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals (online, print, social media).


• Collaborate with the sales team tgenerate leads and support sales efforts.


• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.


• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.


• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years in product marketing, preferably in the FMCG or  manufacturing sector.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Experience in B2B/B2C sales, with a demonstrated ability tclose deals and meet sales targets.


• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.


• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media).


• Excellent communication and creative skills.


• Ability tanalyze market trends and customer behavior.


• Strong project management and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools is a plus.


• Personal Attributes: Innovative, creative, and results-oriented with the ability to  work independently and as part of a team.
