JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Business Development Officer will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand the customer base for the Tracking Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Solely responsible for bringing business to the tracking department.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.


• Identify potential clients and partners.


• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.


• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.


• Promote tracking services to potential clients.


• Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials


• Conduct regular business reviews.


• Open to trainings to acquire knowledge on tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• Minimum 2years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.


• Proven track record of sales success.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently.
