Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!



  • Deliver the expected economic performance for Sales/Segment on the respective perimeter.

  • Set up Strategic Access to Energy System Integrator Partnerships across regional countries to deliver transactional sales.

  • Ensure short term impact & sales objectives are met

  • Ensure accurate & reliable forecast for the Region.

  • Execute A2E & Micro-grid strategy with respect to cluster guidance, tools and processes.

  • Qualify A2E & Micro-grid project to make sure the execution centre pushes offers for the opportunities.

  • Manage the A2E pipeline projects & coordinate projects through the commercial cycle.

  • Bridge Front Office (BFO) Up to Date with accurate Sales Pipeline report & Sales/Stock forecasting accuracy measured through Bridge Front Office (BFO indicators such as pipeline trust indicator) etc.

  • Drive innovation in new business models enabling A2E business, in link with local Rural Electrification Agencies, Local Government, and international and national finance institutions (MFI, World Bank,…).


Qualifications


What qualifications will make you successful in this role?



  • B.Sc Degree in Electrotechnical, Electronic or Electronic Engineering.

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in West African markets, holistically, including knowledge and experience within the Industrial, Mining, Manufacturing, Agricultural, Renewable Energy, Solar and Electrical Wholesale markets.

  • Must have a substantial commercial & sales background.

  • Knowledge/experience of LV Offers & Microgrid Offers.

  • Experience in finding new business partners, support onboarding and channelling new partners through our Hubs.

  • Experience managing sales and order targets and reporting in a matrix environment.

  • Strong entreprenarial & leadership skills.

  • Willing to work in an international & multicultural environment.
