The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for liaising with agencies and coordinating the development of the strategies and policies of the Marketing Department, as per the strategy of the company to contribute to the targets for growth and profitability of the company, as well as to maintain and develop competitive brands for the future, providing them with functional and emotional content.
Strategic Marketing:
Implement a strategic marketing plan for the Group.
Drive new product development and packaging development.
Monitor brand equity across the region to ensure alignment to strategies/plans.
Commercial Acumen:

Build and manage the Integrated Marketing Plan 3)
Project Management:
New Product Initiation (NPI).
Apply Project Management Process.
Brand Communication /Advertising.
Ensures communication to all relevant stakeholders during projects.
Insight Generation:
Interpret data, identify opportunities, prioritize, develop a clear brand vision.
Tracks, analyses and evaluates all brand and trade initiatives to ensure business results are achieved and brand equity is maintained.

People Management:
Ensure efficiency among team members by setting clear KRAs & KPIs.
Direct, train, and motivate team members to ensure consistency in productivity.
Manage the Team's Performance Management.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Relevant Degree and MBA/M.Sc. In Marketing will be an advantage.
Understanding of Brand Communication /Advertising.
5 years (at least 3 years, industry experience 4 years minimum).
Relevant Postgraduate or Professional Qualification would be an added advantage.
