We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager whose primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and close high-value deals within Nigeria and internationally.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate market, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to close high-end ticket deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally, with a focus on high-end real estate transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
Close high-value property deals and consistently generate revenue for the company. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and sales conversions.
Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and close rates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (MSc) is an added advantage.
A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience required.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
