Position Overview
- The Front Desk/Administrative Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about services, policies, and procedures.
Office Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other administrative staff to support office operations.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
