We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented CPO to join our team, the role involves performing detailed account checks and ensuring all payments comply with established standards and policies.
The ideal candidate must be highly attentive to detail, able to identify potential fraud, and ensure smooth transaction approvals.
Responsibilities
Inspect all customer's transactions
Monitor customers cash or other assets outflow and inflow
Maintain and update existing databases
Receive and process new data, following strict handling guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data processed
Provide transaction-related information to customer care representatives when required.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of every data.
Monitor and identify pending payment requests.
Regularly refresh the dashboard to monitor pending withdrawal requests.
Approve withdrawal request from customers once all checks are completed.
Assists with other work processing or other tasks as needed
The Central Pay Officer plays a crucial role in safeguarding the platform’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and preventing fraud in payment processing.
Requirements
BSc / HND
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
